When you sign up, your subscription does not begin until 30 days after your website goes live. You get a fully built, live website with no payment required for the first month. After that, your monthly plan starts automatically.

No. If you already have a domain, we will transfer or point it to your new site. If you do not have one yet, we can advise on registering one. Domain registration costs are separate and paid directly to the registrar.

Most websites are live within 5 to 7 business days from when you send us your content and photos. Some are done even faster. The biggest delay is usually waiting on content from the client.

After signing up you will receive a simple onboarding form. We ask for your business name, services, prices, contact details, service area, and any photos. That is all we need to get started.

Ideally yes. Real photos of your business, your work, and your team always perform better than stock photos. But we can help source appropriate imagery if needed.

We do not cap revisions during the build. We work with you until you are happy with the result. Once live, you can make content changes yourself via your dashboard, or contact us for design changes.

Yes. Every plan includes a simple dashboard where you can update your business details, services, prices, and photos. You cannot break the design — we handle all the technical bits.

Raise a support ticket from your dashboard. Minor changes are included in your plan. Larger structural changes are quoted on a case-by-case basis.

We monitor every client site monthly. If anything drops below 100, we investigate and fix it at no extra cost. That is our guarantee.

Yes. All plans include fast UK hosting and an SSL certificate. There are no separate hosting fees, control panel fees, or renewal surprises.

Yes. Your domain belongs to you. If you registered it yourself, it stays yours. If we helped you register it, we will transfer control to you. We do not hold domains hostage.
